Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, seasoned salt, and paprika in a mixture.
  2. Roll fish fillets in the flour mixture and place in a well-greased baking dish in a single layer.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of melted butter over the fish portions.
  4. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
