Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. bass
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread half the grated American cheese and chopped onion over the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Place the bass on top and cover with the remaining cheese.
  4. Combine the milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper, then pour over the cheese layer.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
