Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Heat the tomato soup to a quick boil.
  2. Add the unflavored gelatin dissolved in cold water; mix until dissolved.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and beat well.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise until blended.
  5. Add diced celery, chopped onion, and tuna or crab meat.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
