Ingredients

  • fish fillets of your choice
  • onions, sliced
  • seasoning salt
  • clove of garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Split the fish fillets open lengthwise.
  2. Place a slice of onion, salt, seasoning salt, garlic, pepper, and Parmesan cheese inside each fillet.
  3. Put the prepared fish on the grill and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
