Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled
  • 2 cups raw rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup sweet pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, sweet pepper, and celery in oleo until wilted.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup and raw shrimp to the sautéed vegetables.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add raw rice, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chopped green onions, and parsley.
  6. Pour the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  7. Bake, covered, at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Stir the casserole after 30 minutes of baking.
