Fish Supreme features tender fish fillets baked in a rich butter and lemon sauce, accented with Worcestershire, Parmesan, and spices—perfect for a flavorful, elegant meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets
  • 1 stick butter
  • juice of lemon
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place butter in a shallow baking dish and put it into a 400°F oven until browned but not burned.
  2. Remove from oven and place fish fillets in the hot butter, then return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Turn the fillets over and baste with butter and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle each fillet with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the fish is done.
  6. Place under the broiler and broil quickly to develop a golden crust.
  7. Baste the fillets with the sauce before serving.
