Instructions
- Place butter in a shallow baking dish and put it into a 400°F oven until browned but not burned.
- Remove from oven and place fish fillets in the hot butter, then return to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Turn the fillets over and baste with butter and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle each fillet with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
- Bake in the oven for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the fish is done.
- Place under the broiler and broil quickly to develop a golden crust.
- Baste the fillets with the sauce before serving.
