Ingredients

  • 2 cans shrimp, rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, very finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. olives, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour before serving.
