Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a covered casserole dish.
  3. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
