Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 4 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate chips, margarine, and Marshmallow Creme in a large bowl.
  2. In a heavy 4-quart pan, bring the evaporated milk and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Allow the mixture to reach a full rolling boil and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate mixture in the bowl and stir until well mixed.
  5. Beat with an electric mixer until the fudge begins to hold shape.
  6. Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate until cold, then cut into 60 squares.
  9. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in a cool place.
