Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) chow mein noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken-rice soup
  • 1 can beef-barley soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Add the cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom, chicken-rice, and beef-barley soups; mix well.
  3. Fold in two-thirds of the chow mein noodles into the mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  5. Top the casserole with the remaining chow mein noodles.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
