Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup saltine cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Arrange the peeled and deveined shrimp in one layer in a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot red pepper flakes, and salt.
  3. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the butter mixture, then pour the remaining mixture over the shrimp.
  4. Mix the reserved butter mixture with the saltine cracker crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker crumb mixture over the shrimp.
  6. Bake in a 450°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and topping is golden.
