Tips & Substitutions

For added crunch, consider mixing in some grated carrots or thinly sliced radishes with the cabbage. If you're short on time, pre-shredded coleslaw mix can be a convenient substitute for the cabbage. For a tangier flavor, you could use apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar.

Serving Suggestions

These crab-filled cabbage rolls make an excellent appetizer or light main dish. They pair beautifully with a refreshing citrus salad or a side of roasted vegetables. For a complete meal, consider serving with a chilled glass of white wine or a light beer, which complements seafood recipes nicely.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, gently warm the filling in a skillet and then serve it in fresh cabbage leaves for a better texture. Avoid microwaving the rolls, as they can become soggy.
