A light and creamy pumpkin pie delight featuring whipped topping, pecans, and warm spices, perfect for fall gatherings or holiday desserts that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or Sugar Twin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip lite
  • pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix milk with softened cream cheese and stir in pumpkin; blend well.
  2. Mix together pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar (or Sugar Twin) and blend well with pumpkin mixture.
  3. Add vanilla now, if desired.
  4. Whip in instant vanilla pudding and fold in lite Cool Whip.
  5. Garnish with chopped pecans.
