Ingredients

  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 medium cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon or sausage and chopped onion together in a heavy saucepan or large skillet.
  2. Drain off some of the fat.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and stir-fry over low heat until cabbage is tender.
  4. Add soy sauce to the mixture.
  5. Serve over rice and pass additional soy sauce if desired.
