A rich, creamy cheese ball combining sharp Cheddar, tangy Bleu cheese, and smooth cream cheese, perfect as an appetizer for cheese lovers and entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. Bleu cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Cream Bleu cheese and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Shred Cheddar cheese and add it to the mixture along with 1 ounce of dry white wine and a few drops of sauce or Tabasco if desired.
  3. Blend the mixture well until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  5. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts to coat.
  6. Refrigerate until chilled and serve.
