Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan bits
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 small instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, pecan bits, and melted margarine together.
  2. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip until well combined.
  4. Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
  5. Prepare the pudding by mixing the instant chocolate pudding with 4 cups of milk.
  6. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Spread 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
  8. Grate a chocolate bar on top for garnish.
