- Mix flour, pecan bits, and melted margarine together.
- Spread the mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.
- In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the pudding by mixing the instant chocolate pudding with 4 cups of milk.
- Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
- Grate a chocolate bar on top for garnish.
