Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
  • 1/2 cup cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring to break up the meat. Drain off the fat.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into slices without peeling.
  3. Place the sliced potatoes in a large baking pan or casserole.
  4. Spread the drained green beans over the potatoes.
  5. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the green beans.
  6. Place the cheese cubes over the ground beef.
  7. Pour the milk evenly over the layered ingredients.
  8. Cover the dish and cook over low heat or bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
