Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Kraft Old English cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  2. Place the Kraft Old English cheese, cream cheese, Roquefort cheese, and grated onion in a bowl and mash with a fork until well blended.
  3. Divide the mixture in half.
  4. Shape each half into a smooth ball.
  5. Roll one cheese ball in chopped parsley and chives, and the other in chopped pecans.
  6. Wrap each cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill for 2 to 3 days for best flavor.
  7. Before serving, let the cheese balls come to room temperature and serve with crackers or toast points.
