Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 2 cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 to 3 chopped peppers
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. bottle Catalina or French Country dressing
  • 2 cups crushed Doritos

Instructions

  1. Wash and tear lettuce, making a bed on the bottom of the tray. Layer the tomatoes on top.
  2. Add the peppers and beans next.
  3. Top with onion slices and cover with shredded cheese.
  4. Drizzle with dressing.
  5. Just before serving, add the crushed Doritos as a finishing touch.
