Ingredients

  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 1 pt. green beans
  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 medium head cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot.
  2. Start with 1/2 gallon of water.
  3. Add herbs to season as desired.
  4. Cook until vegetables are almost tender.
  5. Serve while vegetables are still crisp.
