Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 cup crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can celery soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, chopped onions, crushed crackers, and egg in a bowl.
  3. Place the mixture in a meat loaf pan.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the sauce by mixing celery soup and milk together.
  6. Pour the sauce over the meat loaf.
  7. Continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
