Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. grated cheese (mild or sharp)
  • 2 pods banana pepper or 2 jalapenos
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix and bake at 400° about 40 minutes.
