  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Place mushrooms, onion, celery, and margarine in a 3-quart microwave dish; cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  2. Stir in stuffing mix and enough broth to moisten, making it very moist.
  3. Spread stuffing evenly in the dish and cook for 2 to 4 minutes.
  4. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
