Instructions
- Mix egg and milk in a bowl.
- Dip the rabbit well in the egg and milk mixture.
- Coat the rabbit with flour, salt, and pepper.
- Place the rabbit in a hot skillet with hot fat or oil.
- Sprinkle the onion slices over the rabbit.
- Sprinkle garlic powder on all sides of the rabbit as it browns.
- Brown the rabbit well on all sides.
- Remove the rabbit from the skillet and place it in an oven dish or pan.
- Drain the oil from the skillet and return it to heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the skillet and stir until browned.
- Add the mushroom soup to the sour cream in the skillet and blend well.
- Pour the mushroom and sour cream mixture over the rabbit, coating it well.
- Cover the dish and place it in a hot oven at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy.
