Ingredients

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 3 slices tomatoes (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Use the bottom of a tuna can to cut three slices of bread into circles and toast them.
  2. Layer mozzarella cheese, a slice of tomato, Parmesan cheese, and oregano on each bread circle.
  3. Bake in the oven for 4 minutes at 300°F until the cheese is slightly melted.
