Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 1 cup cauliflower, finely cut
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced onion and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped carrot, diced potato, finely cut cauliflower, shredded cabbage, and minced garlic.
  4. Cook and sauté the vegetables for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool before filling wraps or rolls.
