Instructions
- Soak a cleaned rabbit in salt and vinegar water for 8 or 10 hours.
- Then cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.
- Dip pieces in a beaten mixture of egg and milk, then roll each piece in cracker or bread crumbs.
