Tips & Substitutions

For extra flavor, consider adding spices like paprika or garlic powder to the potatoes while cooking. If you don't have ham, diced bacon or any leftover cooked meat can be a great substitute. You can also use sweet potatoes for a different twist. Ensure the skillet is at the right temperature to prevent sticking and achieve a nice golden-brown color.

Serving Suggestions

This dish pairs beautifully with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. For breakfast, serve with toast and fresh fruit. You can also top with cheese or fresh herbs for added flavor. For a sweet treat afterward, consider enjoying Clara'S Coconut Pound Cake to complete the meal.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover fried potatoes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil to crisp them up again. Alternatively, you can microwave them, but they may lose some crunchiness.
