Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 10 small crackers
  • 1 can salmon

Instructions

  1. Mix together the baking powder, flour, egg, crackers, and canned salmon until well combined.
  2. Pat the mixture into small patties.
  3. Fry the patties quickly on pretty high heat in a little shortening.
  4. Cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
