Ingredients

  • 14 oz. can red salmon
  • 1/4 cup juice from can
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the salmon and juice from the can.
  2. Beat in the cornflake crumbs, evaporated milk, melted butter, egg, lemon juice, and poultry seasoning.
  3. Put the mixture in a loaf pan.
  4. Set the loaf pan in a shallow pan of water.
  5. Bake at 350°F for nearly an hour.
