Frozen Angel Biscuits are light, fluffy treats with a hint of sweetness, perfect for breakfast or snacks. They freeze well and bake quickly for fresh, warm biscuits.

Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together; cut in shortening.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to buttermilk.
- Add milk mixture to dry ingredients; mix well.
- Turn onto floured surface; fold over, working in small amounts of flour several times.
- Pat or roll out to desired thickness; cut and place on greased cookie sheet and freeze.
- As soon as the biscuits are frozen, place in freezer bags or containers.
- To use, defrost 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake at 400° until brown.
