Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large tub Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed vanilla wafers, melted margarine, and sugar together.
  2. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and softened margarine until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well to make the filling.
  5. Spread sliced bananas and drained pineapple over the crust.
  6. Top with Cool Whip to cover the fruit layer.
  7. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight before serving.
