A light, fruity dessert combining creamy vanilla pudding with fresh canned and fresh fruits, perfect for a refreshing, sweet finish to any meal or gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can peach slices
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 3 small bananas
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 to 2 Golden Delicious apples

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, orange juice concentrate, and pudding mix with a rotary beater until smooth.
  2. Drain the crushed pineapple, peach slices, and mandarin oranges.
  3. Fold the drained fruits into the pudding mixture.
  4. Slice bananas and apples and add just before serving.
  5. Chill the dessert before serving.
