- Combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour in a microwave-safe casserole.
- Mix well.
- Add drained apples and frozen strawberries to the mixture. Mix well.
- Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated through.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, remaining brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Mix well and stir in butter or margarine until crumbly.
- Spread the crumb mixture over the fruit in the casserole.
- Microwave on High for an additional 4 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve plain or with ice cream or yogurt as desired.
