Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 15 oz. fruit cocktail, well drained
  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Cream together the cream cheese and a large package of instant vanilla pudding.
  2. Add the chopped fruit cocktail and mix well.
  3. Chill the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Toast the oatmeal in butter until golden.
  5. Form the chilled cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the toasted oatmeal.
  6. Serve topped with cinnamon graham crackers.
