Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • 10 marshmallows
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg, flour, sugar, pineapple juice, and lemon juice together until thick.
  2. Add the butter, salt, and marshmallows to the mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Let the mixture cool overnight.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Serve over a bowl of mixed fruit salad.
