Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 bottle soda water

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags and steep for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags from the water.
  3. Blend the tea with lemon juice, orange juice, and honey until well combined.
  4. Wash, hull, and cut the strawberries in half.
  5. Add the strawberries to the tea mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate the punch for at least 6 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  7. Just before serving, add the bottle of soda water to the punch.
