Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup seedless raisins
  • 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until well combined.
  2. Add raisins, chopped walnuts, peeled and sliced apple, flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
  3. Stir to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch square pan.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Serve topped with whipped cream.
