Ingredients

  • 1 can unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • 1 can mandarin oranges drained
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 medium-firm bananas sliced thinly
  • 2 kiwis peeled, halved and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple chunks and set the juice aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, mandarin oranges, strawberries, bananas, and kiwi.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the reserved pineapple juice, lemon or lime juice, and grated peel.
  4. Pour the citrus mixture over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
