Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. jam
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp. cloves
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 box mincemeat
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box raisins
  • 1 box currants
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 375° until done.
