Ingredients

  • 2 oz. dried apricots
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped raisins
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 box brown and wild rice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Soak raisins for several hours in Grand Marnier or microwave on high until boiling.
  2. Cool at room temperature.
  3. Prepare rice according to box instructions.
  4. Stir in the soaked fruit, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cool before serving.
