Frypan Cookies are chewy, nutty treats featuring dates, nuts, and crispy rice, coated in coconut. Perfect for a quick, satisfying snack or dessert for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. dates
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, sugar, eggs, and dates in a frypan. Cook until it leaves the sides, stirring while cooking.
  2. Remove from heat and cool for a few minutes.
  3. Place the Rice Krispies and chopped nuts in a large bowl. Add the cooled mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in coconut to coat.
