Ingredients

  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter in a heavy pan.
  2. Add chopped pecans and cool.
  3. Combine sugar and flour in a bowl.
  4. Add beaten eggs and vanilla to the mixture.
  5. Add the cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Mix well without beating.
  7. Line cupcake tins with foil and fill with batter.
  8. Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.
