Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped or sliced ripe olives

Instructions

  3. Serve on wedges of head lettuce.
  4. May be thinned, if desired, with cream, sour cream, or mayonnaise.
