Fudge Quickies are rich, chocolatey oat cookies with peanut butter, nuts, coconut, and raisins, offering a delightful combination of textures and flavors perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter, vanilla, nuts, coconut, and raisins.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Add more milk if necessary to keep the mixture from being sticky.
  6. Allow to cool and set before serving.
