- Stir in Rice Krispies, corn flakes, nuts, and coconuts until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll them in additional shredded coconut.
- Note: These cookies can be made diabetic-friendly by eliminating sugar in the dates and using sugar-free coconut.
