Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. cheese, chopped
  • 3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • 3/4 c. carrots, chopped

Instructions

  1. Unfold the crescent rolls and lay them in the bottom of a cookie sheet to make the crust.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  4. In a bowl, mix the Philadelphia cream cheese, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Spread this mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with chopped tomato, onion, cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and carrots.
  7. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
