Galomki - Cabbage Rolls

- Separate cabbage leaves after parboiling the cabbage to loosen them.
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, cooked rice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Place a large spoonful of meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf and roll into a packet.
- Repeat until all meat mixture is used, then place the cabbage rolls in a roasting pan.
- Mix tomato soup with 1/2 to 3/4 can of water to create the sauce.
- Pour the tomato mixture over the cabbage rolls in the pan.
- Cover the pan with a lid or foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
