Ingredients

  • 4 cans garbanzo beans with liquid
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix beans, tomato sauce, chopped onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano in a baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F until the sauce thickens.
  3. Top with 1 cup grated cheese, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and slices of Muenster cheese.
  4. Cover and return to oven until the cheese is melted.
