Ingredients

  • 2 heads lettuce
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/2 bottle capers
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 can anchovies

Instructions

  1. Cut and toss all the vegetables and ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Season the salad to taste.
  3. Add the tomatoes last to avoid over-mixing.
